We are a friendly team providing compassionate care for all your companion animals’ needs.
We aim to provide you with the best care and service we can in treating, managing and promoting the health and wellbeing of your pet.
When you check in with our front desk, you’ll be greeted by one of our friendly team members and your appointment and details will be confirmed. At this time, if you have a dog, we will weigh them for you. For cats and other smaller pets, we will weigh them in the consultation room.
We aim to not keep you waiting more than 5 minutes beyond your appointment time and will inform you if it will be longer.
Most appointments are 15 minutes however depending on the complexity of the issue the appointment time may be extended to 20-30 minutes. Please inform us if you would like more time when you book.
